It's easy to dismiss a cultured American dabbling in groovy French music of the 1960's as un peu pretentieux, but April March (nee Elinor Blake) has worked assiduously at it for the last 10 years. And with the producer Bertand Burgalat she has built on a root concept with more and more high-flying sounds and songwriting; "Triggers" is her best album yet2003 release from April March (aka Elinore Blake).
