Review
"Groovin' In Tongues" is a repackaged release to CD of Bobby Rock's 1994 debut EP. This re-mastered, 6-song collection features four vocal tracks - one of which is a never-before-released bonus cut - and two instrumentals, including extended version of Edgar Winter's "Frankenstein." (The edited version would later appear on Bobby's critically-acclaimed official debut, "Out of Body.") The innovative blend of soulful vocals with Bobby's now-trademark funk-rock instrumental sound gives this record a decidedly progressive edge, making it an excellent addendum to Bobby's other titles.
