This is his seventh CD release and his first full album of original songs since 1998's Wood & Wire'. The Wild Horse shows why CVS is one of the pop underground's most accomplished singer/songwriters. With guest appearances by Neko Case and Kelly Hogan, as well as The Court and Spark's Tom Heyman, the American version contains 3 more tracks than the import, '(Watch Them)' Ride Away', 'Finest Hour' & 'Remember 6/8'.
