A sparkling Debut LP, Drive's Music for Interplanetary Travel showcases the best of what this band does. Sliding through pretty and gritty rock with the added ornament of the violin, Drive delivers a confident product that is unrivaled by other bands in the Pacific Northwest. The album is loud at times, and sometimes amazingly soothing. This is a must buy for fans of The Smashing Pumkins, Lush, The Sundays, and Radiohead.
