Review

Made me glad, is bound to do just that! Firefly's 2nd release is full of their unmistakable Canadiana trademark sounds. The album's tapestry flows from rural Mennonite fables, love's wrenching laments, our small town demise to tales of Ontario's farmland and its inhabitants. Neil Little, Jeff Appel and Nick Bailey recorded the album at Scott Merritt's "the cottage" in Guelph. Three Canadians proud to be part of the great Ontario music scene. Proud to play every chance they get, proud to drag their instruments through the sometimes cold, snowy Canadian landscape.
