Review
Remastered reissue of 1969 album. Pulling in supersonic sidemen - Gerry Jemott, Eric Gale, Grady Tate, Billy Butler and the awesome Bernard Purdie - who had already stirred the stew for the likes of Aretha Franklin, King Curtis and James Brown, the trumpeter hit the jazz R&B pedal with total conviction. Digipak.Available in Digipack, Re-mastered with New Liner Notes by Leading Jazz Writers.
