"Neurotic Showering Habits" delivers fast, infectious drum beats and pure guitar intensity, while charming you with a playful yet snarling attitude. Casio keyboards, bass, percussion, Flex-A-Tone, thumb piano, and a TV inject a sense of late-night delirium into the cunning electro sound. At a time in music history when rock is packaged and marketed to people based on their need to feel acceptance within a particular demographic, Good For You is proud to stand up and say "We don't fit in... and neither do you!" And say it, they do, by rocking you to the point of delirium.
