Review

House of Usher plays intricately-arranged and big-sounding progressive rock, updating the genre popularized in the 1970s by bands like Yes and ELP while retaining a unique, modern sound. _Body of Mind_ features eight songs and two instrumentals for a total of 54 minutes of music, with the emphasis on quality and not commerciality. The 12-minute closer, C'est Pas Finit, features a spoken word intro by Matthew Dandenault of the Stanley Cup Champion Detroit Red Wings.
