One of the harshest, most cataclysmic black metal albums ever recorded - EXTREMELY fast, vicious, and aggressive, tearing at you repeatedly like a rabid pack of ice wolves. Also one of this band's most epic hours, combining Demonaz's incredibly bizarre sense of melody with enough apocalyptic fervor to end the world a dozen times. Absolutely mandatory for those who would consider themselves knowledgeable about the Norwegian black metal scene of the past...if you like their most recent material, listen to this to learn why they have such a good reputation! Beautiful Norwegian art...
