Review

Recorded live in performance at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, August 20, 1972. The Wattstax show already featured moving speeches by the Reverend Jesse Jackson and the Stax/Volt Revue of the Bar-Kays, Carla Thomas, Eddie Floyd, Albert King, Emotions, Newcomers, Staple Singers, and Soul Children. All tracks previously unreleased except for 'Ain't No Sunshine'. Stax. 2003.
