The new solo, self-release, "Blue Sky" from Jessy Greene (violinist for WILCO, The JAYHAWKS, GOLDEN SMOG and many more) "...is singer-songriterly in tone but has a vibrant sonic backdrop of drum loops, ambient vocals and melodic string arrangements..." Greene recorded "Blue Sky" by herself on a computer with help from her many talented friends, including Tom Merkl from IFFY, and Dave Pirner from SOUL ASYLUM and many others.
