Review
His most diverse and creative solo album yet on Frontiers Records. Edge of the World benefits from the contributions of keyboardist Erik Norlander (Lana Lane), drummers Vinny Appice (Dio, Black Sabbath) and Virgil Donati (Ring Of Fire, Planet X) and a smorgasbord of six string (and seven string) talent courtesy of guitar masters Tony MacAlpine, Chris Brooks, Neil Citron and Jeff Kollman. Bass guitar and additional rhythm guitar duties were handled by Boals himself. 2002.
