Expressions of Chocolate features ten new original songs inspired by the exquisite handmade chocolates made by Bernard Callebaut. Michael Allen Harrison is a huge lover of fine chocolates, and was able to do a tasting of every type made by the award-winning chocolatier. Harrison picked out his ten favorites, then wrote a piece of music for each chocolate - varying from cool Latin rhythms to sweet, mellow piano solos.
