Review
Wrote Myself is the second acoustic solo CD from Mike Grosshandler. The guitarist/singer from the Albany, NY based rock band The Velmas shows more of his mellow side with 13 new tracks, including again a cover song, this time the beautiful Die With Me, by Type O Negative.
Wrote Myself displays more thoughtful songwriting, inventive lyrics, and luxurious vocal harmonizing, continuing the legacy of Scales.
As on Scales, Mike recorded and mixed Wrote Myself entirely in his living room on his computer. Wrote Myself is another self-produced lo-fi acoustic masterpiece.
