My Red Cell are the roughest, toughest Welsh collective to emerge from the Valleys in some time. First Track is the Raw and Passionate "Knock Me Down" Followed by the Almighty Roar of Energy that is "Going Out for Nothing". "Dead Parts" is the Third Tune to Come Knocking at You Heart and Incendiary Live Favourite "Say What" Completes the Quartet.
