This 14 track CD compiles all the band's vinyl output: the 10 tracks from the `Popular Music' album, the `Answers' single and their now legendary debut self-released `Regulations'/'Venus' 7". Packaged in a 12 page full-colour booklet with detailed sleeve notes about each song and a band history written by Steve Heart and Tone Dial.The Neon Hearts Formed in the Spring of 1977 by Saxophonist Steve Heart who Had Left the Suburban Studs. Other Members were Paul Raven on Bass, Keith Allen on Drums, Guitarist, Martin Radcliffe and Vocalistc Tone Dial. This 14 Track Compilation Compiles all of the Band's Output, Including the First Single and Comes with a 12 Page Full-colour Booklet with Detailed Sleeve Notes Written by Steve Heart and Tone Dial.
