For their first full-length CD release, Wilmington, NC-based pop/rock trio pacer spent well over a year creating an album as diverse as the influences between them. From jangly indiepop, to sparse, folk-tinged ballads, to avant-garde, to straight-ahead rock 'n' roll, the space between us spans the musical spectrum, all while keeping a raw honesty that is too often missing from today's pop music. Recommended for fans of Velvet Underground, R.E.M., Luna, Cat Power.
