Review
"Truth and Fiction" is Samson's first studio recording effort. It was recorded over a six month period in late 1999, spilling over into early 2000. The band had true intentions behind the simplicity of this album. The restricted use of vocals and acoustic guitars, was intended to present the audience with the songs in their purest form. The importance of the bands honest lyrical yield is solidified by the rich harmonies in which they are sung. "Truth and Fiction" rests on the undeniable strength of song.
