Review

School for the Dead can't seem to sit still. On "The New You" they plough through genres like a dinosaur ploughs through palm trees. Super tight quirky pop, campground lullabies, new wave, moving ballads, a country hoedown, space rock, and what have you, all populate this enchanting disc. But one common thread spans it all; delicious quotable lyrics and memorable (and sometimes heartbreaking) melodies.
