Essential compilation of the best of one of Britain's most influential bands of the late 70's / early 80's. 20 tracks. Universal. 1990.Digitally Remastered Edition of the Jam's First Anthology that was Originally Released as a Double LP. When the Full Tracklist of the LP Wouldn't Fit on a Single CD, Polydor Created this Abridged Collection. It's a Perfect Introduction to Paul Weller's Early Years and his Most Prolific When the Band Ruled the UK Pop Charts. While all the Tracks Come from their Various LPs and EP'S, it is Notable that the Version of "Funeral Pyre" is a Remix Version and the Demo Version of "That's Entertainment" is a Different Take Than the One that Appears on the Compilation Box Set "Direction Reaction Creation".
