Review

Think of England's self titled debut is a passionate and unpredictable burst of pop-rock. The band's sound has been described as "what might happen happen if Bono and Fiona Apple had a child who listened to the Go-Go's." Characterized by lead singer Libbie Schrader's arresting voice, Think of England has the intimacy of a singer/songwriter and the excitement of a rock band. The eleven tracks on the band's debut range from cheery, upbeat pop to dark, ethereal ballads, covering almost every inch of the emotional spectrum.
