Review
North Carolinas Tiger bear wolf has arrived and they have put the time insearing and ingeniously complimentary stereo guitar work gracefully (and sometimes really awesomely not so gracefully) trade spotlight time with the T2-terminator-with-a-heart-of-gold rhythm section so maturely that its easy to ignore just how structurally creative these compositions really are. Its a rare feat to pull off this kind of four-as-one interplay, and way, way rarer still to be able to deliver anthemic, cut-loose vocals on top of it all. This is for real. Because while every band my talk about saving rocknroll, these dudes can actually do the job. Hell, what other band can you name whose tunes combine the stooges stripped-down swagger with Polvos noodly genius and the hellacopters 70s inspired shredding all in one verse? Yeah, thats what we though. - Jonah Bayer, Alternative Press.
