Review

Used Carlotta was formed in 1993 by long time friends Louis Ledford and Roger Wright. For the past seven years they've been weaving in, out and around the Americana or alt.country music scene. In 1995 their first album WASTED WORDS was released by the Fundamental Recording Co., a now defunct Mississippi independent label who's roster included folk legend Michael Hurley and Shockabilly's Eugene Chadbourne. The record was distributed worldwide and was lauded by papers as geographically disparate as Creative Loafing in Atlanta and Lombardia Oggi in Varese, Italy.
