The changes between TagTuner version 1.6 and 1.7 consist of the following new features and bug fixes:

  • Added Macros. Now you can save even more of your time by putting any number of routine actions into a Macro and assign a certain shortcut to it. Please refer to the Automating Complex Operations for details and examples.
  • Added separate templates for Compilation Album files renaming. This feature works both for Search for Album Information and for regular files renaming when you have selected the tracks with different Artist tags. Please go to Options | Automation then Compilation Templates to enable the separate templates.
  • Added support for Audio CDs, including playback.
  • There were also some bug fixes and performance improvements.

We recommend upgrading your TagTuner copy. Upgrades are free for the registered users.
