With a formidable group of the Northwest's finest musicians (Michael Powers, Darren Motamedy, Garey Shelton, Ben Smith and many others), her vocals float effortlessly over top of the music, which is a compelling blend of jazz, pop, r & b, and blues.

Penning 8 of the 10 tracks herself, Barbie has definitely been inspired through life experiences; writing about love, people and situations.
