Review
2006 reissue of this classic 1969 debut album by the Blues Rock band formed by former Jethro Tull guitarist Mick Abrahams. Features seven bonus tracks: .'Sweet Caroline', 'Walk On The Water', 'Summer Day', 'Same Old Story', 'Slow Down', 'Meanie Mornay' and 'Backwash'. 16 tracks. EMI.Blodwyn Pig were Formed by Former Jethro Tull Member Mick Abrahams in the Late-60s. Their Sound and Imaginative Songs were Influenced by that of Jethro Tull, with the Exploration of Jazz, Blues and Prog Enabled by their Use of Bass, Drums, Sax and Flute! Some of their Songs Had a Similar Sound to Jethro Tull but with a Somewhat Lighter Sound, and More Imaginative Material, but Mostly They were Had a Blues-rock Sound, Intertwined with Jazz Elements. This Version of the Album Includes all the Material Used on the Various Versions (It was Changed for Different Markets) of the Original Album and the Associated Singles which have Previously Never Appeared on CD.
