Volume Four, Prana, is the most unmetered of the odysseys into alpha series. The culmination of the artists efforts. Excellent for stretching, intimacy, massage and breathwork. Unobtrusive. Centering. Best choice for background music. Due to its unmetered nature, possibly the only CD effective with Tai Chi.

The music of this four album odysseys into alpha collection induces the alpha state in the listener, a relaxed but very aware brain state. It was developed by the artist composing and then performing the music while in that state. Each album is an original, uninterrupted composition of at least 45 minutes in duration, for a total of 3 hours of very visual music. While synthesizers are used, natural sounding, classical instruments, including pianos, gongs, bells, violins, violas, oboes, sitars, 12-string guitars, harps, piccolos, french horns and flutes, predominate. The music is a good companion for a wide variety of activities, including yoga, massage, intimacy, energy work, hypnotherapy, counseling, learning, Tai Chi, creative dance, mental focus, and basic relaxation.
