Review

DJ Cam has been France's reference point for hip hop over the past 10 years, as well as one of the international representatives for abstract hip hop and trip hop.

To date, he has six studio albums under his belt as well as various projects as a producer, and a selector: mixing compilations for the DJ Kicks (!K7 Records) and Classics series.

During all these years, Cam has been remixed himself by some of the major DJs and producers from the hip hop, house, trip hop, and electronic music scenes.

With DJ Cam Revisited, the album offers us a view of the key remixes offered by some of the worldwide best producers. From DJ Premier (with the all acclaimed `Voodoo Child' track, [of which more than 30,000 12" sold]), to Kenny 'Dope' Gonzalez (Masters At Work), the recently passed and revered J Dilla, to Thievery Corporation, Attica Blues, 4 Hero, Bob Sinclar, Kid Loco, and more.
