Review

If you must try to describe their "Sound" it could be said it is a good blend of punk, hardcore and Oi. The Dreadful Children play music reminiscent of the Toy Dolls, Stiff Little Fingers. GBH and have been told that they also have an old 999 kind of sound. One rabid fan even described them as "the perfect blend between the Toy Dolls and Iron Maiden"! While the music ranges from upbeat to "hard", the lyrical content is very tongue-in-cheek with some mild political overtones. Almost everyone can relate to a lot of the subject matter because many of the lyrics are about people, friends an foes alike as well as some other smaller political issues.
