HIM has come a long way since the early days of founding member Doug Scharin's deep dub missives, emanating from his home studio in Brooklyn. Him is now a full-time touring act featuring members of June Of '44, Rex, Hoover, and Mice Parade. Constantly circling the world with an ever-evolving 7-piece lineup, HiM offers an unique, entrancing groove - driven by a tribal, two-kit rhythm section through Afrojazz and thick dub fusion...and, in the fine tradition of Mr. Scharin's work, thick layers of hypnotic effects. This Fat Cat Records release is packaged in a Digipak.
