Vibrant contemporary jazz from an awesome young quintet: Jeremy Kittel, violin; Dann Freidman, saxophone; John Nam, piano; Andrew Kratzat, bass; Chad Hochberg, drums. Fresh, original compositions from Jeremy and Andrew are balanced with up-tempo classic covers by Coltrane, Shorter, Powell and Remler. "Night Muse" received Honorable Mention in the 2005 ASCAP Young Jazz Composers Awards.
