First effort by San Diego based singer/songwriter Joe Rathburn, Little Suns is a wonderful journey through artfully produced soundscapes and word pictures, bringing to life stories of a better world as seen through the eyes of the artist. Contemporary acoustic folk songs, of love, hope, dreams, and anger, in blues, jazz, folk/rock, and tin pan alley settings. 11 (plus two bonus solo acoustic)songs performed by the artist on acoustic guitar and voice, accompanied by a stellar lineup of west coast sidefolk. Excellent production and uplifting messages.
