Review

CD/DVD (PAL/Region 0). Experimental trio Liars follow up 2004's 'They Were Wrong So We Drowned' with this third album. Moving from New York to Berlin, they have injected an unexpected element of traditionalism into their skewed art-rock style; the result is a powerfully rhythmic, ambitious work propelled by the sound of two full drum kits. The single 'The Other Side of Mt. Heart Attack' is included while the bonus DVD features no less than three visual versions of the entire album.
