The gleefully subversive and energetic Liquid Todd, a techno pioneer and host of the renowned New York-based radio show Solid State, has finally released a mix that spiritually delivers his airwave performances. Energetic, brisk, and bristling with clever nuances, Todd joyfully fuses fat, sleazy funk-hop (Freq Nasty's "That's My Style") with pumping trance monsters (Oss's "Butterfly") and still finds room to throw in some disco-tinged, psychedelic grooves (Mint Royale's "Shake Me (The Light Remix)").
