Review

This Delos offering is stunningly well recorded, and both scores are virtuosically played by London Symphony Orchestra. These are big, bold, colorful and characterful interpretations. The Three-Cornered Hat receives a particularly rousing performance under the baton of Gerard Schwarz, brilliantly paced and full of wonderful detail. --Ted Libbey
