All the Music Here was Broadcasted from the Famous Harlem's Birdland in 1951, from Performances Played by Young Notable Jazzmen under the Leadership of Miles Davis. The First Three Titles Are Long Interpretations of Three Davis Classics Played by Outstanding Young Post Boppers as J.j. Johnson, Sonny Rollins and Kenny Drew, plus Drummer Art Blakey-a Kind of Anticipated Jazz Messengers with Enthusiastic Solos from Musicians were Still in their 20s. The Second Three Titles features Another Sextet with Two Tenor Saxophonists and Rhythm Section Including Charles Mingus on Bass and Blakey on Drums. The Remainder of the CD Are Two Bonus Tracks from a 1952 Birdland Date, featuring Another All-stars Sextet with the Altoist Jackie Mclean, Don Elliot on Vibes and Mellophone and Rhythm Section, Playing a Standard with Davis as the Only Soloist.
