"Songs of Our Soul" is the second CD by pianist/composer Richard W. Samuels. This CD features songs of the Lubavitch Hasidim,a group within Judaism who use the ancient Jewish mystical teachings known as Kabbalah as a pathway to wisdom. This CD has been called a "meditative gem", and Richard's performance of these Hasidic songs been referred to as "powerful" by Pacific Northwest audiences.

The melodies on this CD were created to lead the listener to experience the mystical, spiritual power within these Hasidic songs. Many of the pieces are from prayers,and all of the melodies were composed by some of the greatest Jewish sages and spiritual leaders of the last 250 years.

This musical CD was performed and arranged here for piano and orchestra by Richard W. Samuels.
