Review
SANDROSE is a very original French group, that became a legend for its unique 1972 eponymous album. This real masterpiece is considered as one of the ten international Progressive rock classics. Let's notice some beautiful dialogues between the heavy guitar played by Jean-Pierre ALARCEN (LE SYSTEME CRAPOUTCHIK, RENAUD...) and the elegant Mellotron. Some superb melodies are lightened by Rose PODWOJNY's powerful and crystal clear voice (Later on, she's going to experience success under the name Rose LAURENS…), by the majestic guitar soli and the splendid keyboards sonorities.
