Oh joy, a Bananarama for the '90s! Actually, this is a ton of girl-group fun from a sharp, new English duo. "Viva La Megababes" (a ridiculously catchy hymn to pin-up stardom) and U.K. hit "Trouble" (teen partiers get nabbed by the law) showcase their wit, charmingly nasal vocalizing and pre-fab way with a punky pop hook.
