Shark Island is a Band that Challenges You to Try and Define Them. Impossible to Pigeon Hole, They Always Remained True to Themselves. So Ardent in their Self Belief and Dedicated to their Craft, the Band Seemed Destined to Become Great. In Many Ways They Fulfilled that Destiny, but Perhaps Not as One Might Traditionally Think. The Guys Produced this Album Themselves, Completing it Before Shopping it to Labels. "Working on Our Own was a Literally a Dream Come True." Says Black.
