Review
Released in 1995, this album features Reggie Scanlan and Frank Bua of Radiators fame. As a whole, Present Tense is more rock 'n' roll than most of Spencer's catalog, but it also includes some of Spencer's most delicate songs ("The Party's Over" and "Another Day").
