Review
The current band TRYO aims to supply a modern and mainly instrumental Progressive rock of quality. Intense KING CRIMSON-like passages alternate with heavy jazz-rock fusion sequences, the whole being linked with nice intimist passages. The electric band (Guitar, bass and drums) then leaves space to an acoustic trio with many instrumental possibilities. After four brilliant albums that received an unanimous welcome from the critics, these Chilean musicians are back in 2005 with a new album totally dedicated to this second side of their personality. Published jointly by the Musea and Mylodon labels, "Viajes" includes thirteen romantic and ethereal tracks.
