Review
Wilhelmsburg, Germany's Markus Reinhardt and Peter Heppner Comprise the Synth-pop Duo Wolfsheim. Reminiscent of 'violator'-era Depeche Mode, 'spectator' (Their 1999 Release) Does Include Many Outstanding Moments, Infusing their Numbers with Some Classical Vocal Elements.
